DURING sleep, body repair and rejuvenate the skin. Therefore, lack of sleep makes a person look tired and dull looking skin and even cause premature signs of aging, dark circles under eyes and puffy eyes.

In order to sleep more soundly, here's a trick that should and should not be done before bed, among others:

10. Before bed make it a habit to read the prayer. Prayer before bed for a Musleem: "Al-Lahumma Biāsmika 'Amūtu Wa' Ahya". Meaning : In Your name O Alloh, I live and die.

Should not:

1. Drinking coffee or tea 2 hours before bedtime

2. Consuming alcohol because it can cause anxiety or entity becomes active

3. sport

4. Drink plenty of water to prevent the desire to urinate while sleeping

5. Nap because it would be more difficult to fall asleep at night

6. "Trying harder" to sleep. The harder you are, the more difficult to fall asleep and even frustrating.
